The wine geographical origin is an important factor to address its commercial value. Researchers from the Pampas are testing simple techniques and methods to determine the origin of Argentine white wines. These methods are low cost and have faster results than what it is currently used. This way, they pretend to develop an instrument to be used by winegrowing and wine cellar regulatory entities.
