Sustainability made wine
Each of their grapes enters the winery at a temperature of 6 degrees because the transport is done in refrigerated trucks from the vineyards. Not just any grape can be used to make their wines, they are very strict at this point of the process. Therefore, once in the winery, the grapes are subjected to a double selection table.
