100 hectares. 1,100 meters of altitude. A clay-loam soil full of pebbles. It is the perfect base for Pago Guijoso. Nature adds and continues: the climate is extreme, with large temperature differences between night and day, and between the four seasons. Each one plays its role on our old vines and in sum brings an excellent ripening of the grapes. The Pago Guijoso vines are located on the shores of the Lagunas de Ruidera Natural Park, in an environment full of life. Together, they provide the perfect combination for our varieties: Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Grenache and Petit Ver.
