Until the first kiss
They have their own vineyard in Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos), with an area of 25 hectares at an altitude of 910 meters above sea level and located northeast of the Ribera del Duero with the idea of producing top quality grapes for top quality wines. The philosophy of the vineyard is to produce grapes that express the Terroir and that are unique, free of toxic products. They are committed to a constant improvement of the crop, learning from nature.
The vineyard sits on a very complex and varied soil, where we located up to 16 different classes, according to an exhaustive pedological study. We find from sands to pure limestone always accompanied by clay and, of course, limestone levels that guarantee the profile of great grapes and wines.
